Spare parts supply：

In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, our company shall provide long-term supply service of relevant spare parts in addition to those provided in accordance with the contract.

On-site technical service：

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the equipment and plant construction, our company shall dispatch skilled, healthy and professtional technicians to the site for technical services during the installation and commissioning of the equipment.

During the installation and commissioning, our technicians will explain the technology in detail, conduct demonstration operations, solve technical problems and answer the technical questions raised by the buyer within the scope of the contract. In case of any deviation between the performance of the supplied equipment and the specified requirements during debugging, we will be responsible for solving the problem.

Technical training：

We will provide training for the management and operation personnel assigned to the buyer.The training contents are as follows:

(1) Hardware structure, principle and function of the equipment, fault diagnosis and repair methods;

(2) General operation and usage of man-machine interface;

(3) Software structure, functions, installation and use methods of the equipment and repair methods of common faults;

(4) Equipment installation and maintenance training.
